Some of the leaves in these parts are slowly starting to change colors. Every year I try to get out to photograph all the great parts of fall, but it seems like it always comes and goes so quickly. Seems like the cold weather (although it’s my favorite kind of weather) lasts longer than the pretty leaves. Luckily as part of my photo challenge I’ve been able to get out and capture a few images of the South Dakota autumn.
I took all of these photos with my new, completely awesome 100mm macro lens. It’s not just for bugs, people!






As usual, these are great. I really like the 3rd one that has the ight, the branch and the colorful leaves. KM is sure blossoming!
